I’ve been going there for over 25 years. I was charged $269 instead of $30 copayment because I wasn’t informed that both dental plans were no longer accepted since joining Dental Partners. I requested a phone call from Ms De—, but no response as of today. So disappointed in the lack of concern or compassion towards a loyal patient. I will not be returning!
