Came in with a neck sprain so gnarly I was considering pivoting to a career in mannequin modeling. Couldn’t look left, couldn’t look right, which, to be honest, made crossing streets, merging in traffic, and parenting children very exciting. At Victory Rehabilitation they didn't just treat my neck, they educated me, encouraged me, and laughed at my dark humor even when it maybe didn't warrant laughter (a true professional). Now, months later, I’m back at MMA and BJJ simulating decapitation among my training partners (because apparently I enjoy living on the edge of re-injury), and my neck is holding strong. Pretty sure it’s due in large part to the fact that they gave me the tools — and blunt honesty — to not be an idiot with my recovery. Grateful is an understatement. If you want someone who knows their stuff, treats you like a human, and gives it to you straight, come here. And yes, I will come back if (when) I break myself again.
Everyone was easy to talk to as we focused on my healing. They added in new exercises at my pace and listened to me if I said something hurt or needed to be adjusted. My issue has thankfully resolved with their help and I am so glad I went!
