I receive one-on-one therapy, my Physical Therapist teaches as he implements the exercises. He encourages my input regarding my progress and making and revising goals for my therapy which is very important to me The Office Administrator also is very professional, kind, and courteous. I love their mission statement and they fulfill those goals e.g. I was out for surgery for several weeks and the Office would call to check on me which made me feel like a valued person, not just a customer.
