Thing we loved most about Gerald is that in our first meeting, he took the time to get to know us before we even discussed our housing needs and wants. We felt like we walked away from the first meeting with a new friend but also our realtor. He definitely listened to our needs/wants when looking for our home. He has a great knack for knowing when to allow us to have our discussions when viewing a house and then asking our thoughts at the appropriate time. He has a great eye for identifying potential issues is houses that we were viewing which definitely helped to make very informed decisions. I am definitely recommending him to anyone looking for a home. He is your guy!
