I have given this place at least 5 chances. Two times I've had some of the best and longest lasting gel manicures ever (which is why I've gone back), the other times I have gotten manicures that look worse than if I had let my dog paint my nails. Today was the final straw- I had to point out to the manicurist that she had missed approximately 1/8" of my nail on the left side of all five of my nails on my left hand. In addition to that the polish on all my nails is very rough and bumpy (see pics), not smooth like painted nails should be, and she also didn't cut and file my nails evenly, none of which I realized until she was finished. At that point I was so over this place I didn't even mention it, I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER give this place any money again, which is sad because I live in midtown and it's a super convenient location, plus the facility itself is pretty decent.

I called at 6:50pm and owner said if I got there by 8pm they would do my fill-in. I got their and wife of owner did my nails in 40mins. Great job. Very sweet. . this was day b4 July 4th 2023 Holiday. I was very thankful that they took me in at such a late time. NNo other salons would take me. Thank you Stsr Nails, I will be returning to your place from now on. .

Out of all of the salons I've been too this place was the best I got French tips and paid for 3 gel pedies prices was for good they took they time and they did an amazing job over all.very impressed and all staff was very nice.
