The owner tried very nicely to fix my child’s hair and I wish my husband would have gotten the name of whoever originally cut it but she jacked my child’s hair up and just let them leave!!!! I am furious that anyone who cuts hair would do such a thing. It’s not acceptable. As nice as the owner was to try to fix it I wouldn’t go back

By far the worst haircut my son has ever received. The stylist Did not take any instruction as to what we wanted and just chopped all of it off like we were at ranger joes. We were there for all of 10 min and there were no other customers. Now my poor son has to walk around looking like Lloyd Christmas for the next 2 weeks….

I took my son a few weeks ago for a haircut before school started.. the environment was great and for the first time he didn’t need to sit in my lap or his dad lap. I told the lady doing his hair I wanted it short on the sides and long on the top. My son has bright blonde hair on the to, he also has my thin hair so I wanted to make sure we still had some length on top. The hair cut started out great with the clippers but when she pulled the scissors out she just chopped a huge chuck out of the top and after that it was to late to say anything.. needless to say I was upset. It felt very rushed. The place wasn’t busy so I don’t know why we were so rushed. I think we sat in the chair a total of 15 minutes. There was a child getting a haircut at another booth who had been sitting there for a minute before we got there and was still sitting there getting his hair finished while we were leaving. I would take my child back for a haircut there as long as the same person wasn’t the one cutting his hair I don’t think she listened to me at all with what I wanted And unfortunately, once you took a chunk out of the top of his hair, it was too late to do anything so we just let her finish

Nice friendly environment ! Great place for kids cuts. I have an autistic 7 yr old and they did a great job on keeping him calm while he was getting his hair cut! My 8 yr old literally can’t wait for his hair to grow back so he can come again LOL.. 10/10 definitely would recommend .. see you ladies in 2 weeks

Took my little two year old daughter in for her first haircut today and it was such a warm welcoming experience! Gabby was so patient and understanding the whole time! Thank you ladies! ♥️

Went today to get my 3 year old daughter's hair cut for the first time. We made an appointment and got there early, no other customers were there so we were able to get in a chair right away. The set up is wonderful but the woman cutting my daughter's hair seemed inconvenienced by us. She brushed my daughter's curly hair from the top down and didn't make any adjustments when my daughter complained that it was hurting her. It was her first hair cut so obviously when her hair was combed down to one side, she would lean her head that way, but the woman cutting her hair kept getting frustrated with my daughter and the cut ended up being shorter than I would have liked. It just didn't seem like this woman had a lot of patience for children in a business that is geared towards kids. The haircut itself ended up looking fine but I don't think we'll come back.

Brianna did a fantastic job with my son's first haircut. He is autistic and does have sensory issues with his hair being messed with so we were skeptical if we'd even be able to get it cut. He put up a good fight, but Brianna was very patient and worked with us and got it done. Highly recommend.

The 2 times that I have been to shorties they have been great. The ladies have been patient with the kids etc but yesterday when I took my son to get a haircut before his soccer pictures I could tell that the lady Kandyce was stressing or getting overwhelmed by the amount of people that she was having coming in or something but I had scheduled an appointment already. She just seemed very in a rush. My son has ADHD so of course he kept moving alittle because she had hairs all over his neck and back. I tried telling her that but she seemed to not really care. Did it bothered me ? Of course it did because again the other few times I have taken my son with the other ladies they all have been great! I had asked for a low skin fade and it just wasn’t good. She even cut him a little on the side of his right ear. Again all the workers there have been great but the lady Kandyce seemed in such a rush. Yes I was upset because after calling them several times they never answered my calls nor through messenger . I didn’t pay $32 to get a horrible haircut . Below is a picture of today when I took my son to a different barber and they were able to fix it nicely.
