From my initial contact with Gregory, I was already pleased. He was genuine and extremely professional. He kept me informed and was very clear about the process. Family owned and operated. Local guide. I was having an issue with the lights in my living room going dim when certain items were turned on or off. Miss Betsy sent two guys out and in no time at all they had assessed the problem to be in the light fixture under the ceiling fan. They went and got me a new one very similar to the old one installed it in no time at all. However...... I don't know if I'm going to like it because now it's so bright in here I can see all the dirt I've been missing on the floor. LOL. Thank You so much Ritch Electric, I will use you for all my electrical needs.
