James, the manager of this store, was SUPER helpful with figuring out my complicated form of payment (Goodyear credit card over the phone). He was back and forth on the phone with billing and Goodyear to ensure my preferred payment method would be accepted for my brand new tires. In the mean time, he joked and chatted with me to make the stress go away. He’s always so friendly when he answers the phone and when he speaks person. I wish more managers in the car service world would be as welcoming as James!

I'm currently at Mavis Tire on Schomberg Rd, and my experience has been awesome ?..I had a flat tire that had me stranded and a Servicemen named Guy is helping me get back on the road safely, I recommend you bring your vehicle here and get quality service with great customer care when you need it most! I went to the dealership and they quoted me over $2000 for service for my vehicle. So I went to Mavis and the young man at the counter named Guy assisted me. He walked me through everything. He made sure I understood everything they were doing. He called me as promised with a quote about my service. Which was way cheaper than what the dealership had quoted. Guy was so respectful. And his customer service was awesome. My car was fixed there. My car has been running great every since. I give them a 10/10. Thanks! You guys rock!!
