In my opinion there is no better place in Columbus than Klippers and Emily has groomed my fur babies for years. I am extremely pleased!!!

It's been awhile since I brought Rusty here for grooming and the only reason i did yesterday is cause his regular one is on maternity leave. I'm disappointed in how he turned out. seems like it was a rush job. He has uneven fur all over. His face and head looks bad. Nothing like the first time I took him there. And for $55! Not worth it. And he was there for over 6 hrs. I understand with the virus yall just starting back, just could have done a better job. 😕🐶
I wish I could give 100 stars. My mom took her yorkie Sugabear to Klippers once a week for 16 years. They always did a wonderful job keeping Suga looking beautiful. I don't think I ever heard my mom have a remotely negative thing to say about her experiences with Klippers.
However, the BEST thing about Klippers is that Dawn, the owner, came to be with and support my mom at the vet when it was time for her Sugabear to cross the rainbow bridge. Unfortunately I was unable to be there due to living out of state. The fact that Dawn cares so much about her job/calling, the animals, AND the people she works with really helped comfort both my mom and me, even from a distance.
