I liked that there was no wait in line for services...Services were okay...I plan to go back to see if services are a little bit more meticulous.? I hope I can make this my go-to nail shop.?

Went to Hollywood Nails get a pedicure and the owner was very dismissive. Stated that they were short-staffed and I would have to wait a few hours. Didn't apologize for the inconvenience and didn't have a warm welcoming vibe. Of course, I left to never ever return and went to Sun Nails off Bradley Park Drive (in the shopping strip in front of Michael's). They were so welcoming and pleasant. I gave the nail tech there a $35 tip. Sun Nails now have a repeat customer!! Now that's how you do business. Being that I'm a contact center supervisor, customer service is something that I take to heart!!Service: Pedicure

I prefer to use Wendy when she takes time to do a good job. What makes me feel aggravated is when they all speak to each other in foreign language. It's VERY RUDE!Service: Acrylic nails
