l was recommended to check out the academy by a family member. I was looking for a place to encourage my grandson to demonstrate good character while being assured of his ability for self defense. He was diagnosed with ADD causing him to be extremely active. He was taught to meditate and he immediately redirected his energy. I was amazed at how he mimicked his Black belt cousin and learn very difficult movements. I highly recommend Columbus Karate Academy.
