I was so thankful for a place in Columbus where I could drop off my wool rug for cleaning. The gentleman was knowledgeable, helpful, and had my rug ready in just a couple of days. The scent was stronger that I liked, but the rug looked great. Highly recommended, especially if you have a wood floor that you don't want messed up by having someone steam clean a rug on top of it.

Extremely impressed with their service. Our carpet & rugs look fantastic! They were quick & thorough. Our house smells wonderful! You cannot beat their price either. I would highly recommend & will definitely use them again in the future!
