Excellent customer service. I was help right away. Mind you this was the only salon I was able to do last minute booking. The owner did my hair but the other stylists help. The whole time I was being informed of my hair and what treatments would help. It’s not just an upscale that stuff actually works. I have curly, kinky hair. They knew more about my hair texture than I did. I got a wash, deep conditioning mask and a structured cut. I absolutely loved it. My hair has been so healthy ever since.so sorry I reviewed so late. Nice salon. Pleasant staff. Hit or miss experience. Color was done poorly and not cheap. Brazilian blow out was done well and for a good price.Services: Brazilian hair straightening

I called and got a last minute appointment with Tori and she was fantastic! I explained what I was looking for and she gave my realistic options for achieving my desired look. She took her time and ensured I was satisfied! Tori and Katie took great care of me by offering water refills through my experience. I left feeling genuinely cared for and loving my new look.
