While my review could relate to any transport company because I believe they all operate the same, I specifically chose Alpha Auto Transport. Despite receiving assurances, there's a lack of concrete details regarding car retrieval and delivery timelines, making it difficult to plan. Even after paying a deposit and “securing a driver”, there's no guarantee of timely transport. My personal experience reflects wasted time and money; Auto transport, despite its promises, proves less convenient than anticipated. I went a different direction after a week of being told today is the day, but that day never came. Delayed giving me my deposit back
My Tesla Model S is my heart bit. It was a tough decision to left her for a long distance to some other's hand. Thanks AAT to make me released supplying me such a proactive driver.
