Called Mr. Townsend on the weekend. He responded quickly, and came out to assess the situation. No surprise to us, our family member needed a new roof. The price was more than reasonable. Alan Townsend roofing is outstanding. They do an outstanding work, very professional, and will go the extra mile to please the client. The price is right and fair. I would add the roof Is hand nailed not air hammered. Check out google about hammer vs air. Glad I found them.
Alan gave us a quote and stuck to it, even though there were unexpected costs with rotten wood requiring additional materials. His team showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. In spite of the unreliable weather and extreme heat, they kept working. We no longer have to worry about the leaks we had been chasing for the past year. I highly recommend Alan Townsend and his team!
