Jonathan from Terminix has consistently been phenomenal in his service and care of my home, and today was no different. He went above and beyond—spraying for ants brought in by the rain, helping with a sudden fruit fly/gnat issue by applying drain cleaner, and clearly instructing my mother on how to eliminate the problem. He also treated the full exterior of the home. Jonathan is always friendly, thorough, and incredibly communicative—keeping me updated over the phone while ensuring my mother felt supported in person. Had something deceased in my basement crawlspace. I am a 67 year old female, live alone and very sqimish. Did not want to see or know what it was. They were very kind, removed it, reset traps and made me feel comfortable. Thank God and Thank you Team Terminix!
