We began having problems with our heat pump and decided it was time to replace this almost 20-year-old unit. We began calling around for quotes and were surprised how few companies called back or would follow up.When we called Town Creek, Mike, the owner, answered the phone and came out the same afternoon to look at the job. While looking things over, Mike gave us the option of moving the air handler from the basement bathroom to the crawl space. A couple days later he followed up with a quote. Had problems with my heater the week before Christmas. The owner came out that evening. Part had to be ordered. He had it express shipped. As soon as it came in he repaired the unit. He went over and beyond. I will always use this company and highly recommend them.

Called for a price and options on heat and air in an old house that has never had either. We consulted and they came out the following week and installed a complete new central heat and air. Quick, quality service, and great people to work with. Highly recommend.
