MedLink White is a business dedicated to providing primary care services, including behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy. The staff makes an effort to make patients feel comfortable and cared for in a very friendly and caring environment. One doctor, Dr. Timmel, is very personable and easy to talk to and is a good listener and not pushy. The front end staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the medical assistants are very professional and listen to you. The practitioners are great, very attentive to your needs, and want to know what your concerns are. Overall, MedLink White is described as a positive and welcoming medical experience.
Wonderful experience! They make it a very friendly and caring environment! Everyone is so nice, when you walk in the door greeting you with a smile and a friendly hello with wonderful caring doctors!
Great customer service. Front end staff are very welcoming and friendly, even first thing in the morning. Medical assistants are very professional and listen to you when you are giving information. Practitioners are great and want to know what your concerns are. They aren't trying to rush you out because they are in a hurry to get to their next patient. Very attentive to your needs. I am very appreciative of their care.
All the staff there is wonderful! Worth the wait to see the Dr! Dr. Timmel took his time with me and was very knowledgeable and considerate of my healthcare! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new medical doctor!
