Will be using Just-A-Jumping for all functions from now on. Customer service was top notch. I never once had to reach out about anything. All information is there and they are constantly checking in. Set up was fast and easy. Rental time is amazing for the price. We all had a fantastic time. Easy and hassle free fun for all ages.
This was our first time ever renting a bounce house, but it was the best experience we have ever had. We had originally planned for it on the 11th of January and had to reschedule due to the weather. They were very understanding and scheduled it for the following Saturday. The radar showed rain and when I called them that Friday before I had asked if they could just bring it that day because of weather. They were very professional and very nice. My girls had an absolute blast. Setting it up was less than 5 minutes and they were back at scheduled time to take it back. The gentleman who brought it was so sweet and I will 100% be going to them for future parties! 10/10 recommend... read full review
