I ordered my flowers on 1-800-flowers. Spent 30 minutes picking out the perfect bouquet. This florist sent some cheap looking flowers that didn’t look anything like what I picked out. It was red, purple and white. I ordered an extra large arrangement for $$$. It was supposed to have sunflowers, daisies, and other flowers all of which were her favorites. What was sent was a miss match of stuff. Could have gone to the grocery store, spend a fifth of the money and gotten a better bouquet. This is the 3rd time ordering flowers and they seem to get this place to send my flowers. Suggestion: try to make a bouquet close to what people order. I wanted to give this florist a chance, I really did.
It's been twice that I've ordered with her now. Both orders were placed more than a week in advance, and yet were still delivered late due to their own 'shipment being late.' Once? Ok, sure, that can happen. Twice? Maybe, but its leaning towards shifting responsibility as an excuse.
Neither times did anyone reach out to me to let me know what as going on via email, call, voicemail, or text. Zero communication. The first time, I tried calling for three days before I finally reached her. I called, left voicemails, I tried emailing, I even called the building the florist is in because at that point I wasn't sure...read full review
