Clients are willing to make long drives just for the wonderful service from such kind people.
Exceptional staff and service. 20+ years of trusting my children with them. They have been there for the most precious moments, and the extremely heartbreaking ones (Sonny, Sammy, Boingo, Babushka, Baxter, Timmy, Jacki, TinyTina, Spike and Dale).
Lookout team, here's Ferrari!
We had to seek help when our older cat started to show her age, and the staff was supportive and helpful, and didn't try to force us with difficult decisions like whether to pursue treatment that might not help due to other serious conditions. We got another month and a half of quality time with our cat, Ms. Kitty thanks to their help. When the time came where she was no longer able to enjoy life, they were very caring and considerate of our needs as well as our cat. Thanks to everyone at Cleveland Veterinary Hospital for your labors of love for animals, it really shows! 🙂🙏❤
These people are truly in it for the right reasons. You can tell that this place is not just trying to make a dollar but that they genuinely care about each animal brought in.
They’ve taken care of multiple animals of mine and once again recently, taking amazing care of my cat.
