American Pest Control
“First of all, mind you I’m very picky! I normally don’t leave reviews as most companies customer service is lacking. Well let me say, the Clayton Ga American pest control branch has customer affinity nailed down perfectly! Kim (Clayton Ga ) set me up with an emergency service which took place in just an hour. She has gone out of her way everytime I call to assist me!
Ivan, the tech who treated my home , was very professional and kind. He too went out of his way to make me happy, and took the time to explain everything. This is a first class outfit! Here is a big shoutout to Kim , and Ivan for a job well done!! You both deserve a raise, your company is lucky to have you as Service representatives.”
