“Ordered my daughter her yearly Valentine’s surprise to be delivered to the school and was SO excited this year, as I was able to get a highland cow for the stuffed animal & cows are her favorite! When I picked her up from school, she didn’t have her balloons, animal, or candy.. she said they never brought her anything. I called the school, but the lady that answered the phone said she wasn’t sure, she didn’t do intake on the massive delivery from the flower shop. (Her teacher also said nothing was brought to the classroom for her). I stopped in the flower shop on our way home- they assured us it was definitely part of the delivery, that they weren’t sure what/where the mixup was, but apologized for the grief and ended up providing us with a new arrangement at no extra cost! We’ve used them in the past with no problems and will continue to use them moving forward! Highly recommend them for any occasion/holiday!“

When I called, I felt like I made a friend! Such a wonderful conversation with the owner! I couldn't have asked for better service and was so happy to support a small business than just go through a 3rd party. Thank y'all so much! Btw the flowers got compliments from the other tables near us, one of which did not get flowers for his wife's birthday that same night!!!“
