First-time customer here. Found a small leak near the base of the toilet. Called and talked to Angela. Scheduled an appointment. Angela confirmed the day before the appointment. Technician arrived early/on time. Jon Dugas (graduate of RCHS) was professional, kind, and took time explaining what I needed to know. If I have any future plumbing needs, I know whom to call!

Wonderful service! John came out today and was professional, informative, and friendly. Lots of other local plumbers won't even call you back but All American always has someone to answer the phone during business hours and always get to me promptly.
