Called before 8 am on Saturday morning after my water stopped Friday night. Was called back immediately and all things were checked and it was determined it was my well pump. I had no idea who to call at that point and the plumber ( who has been to my house twice and whose name I should know but don’t 🤦‍♀️) helped me find a well company before he left. Can’t say how much I appreciate the help start to finish! Would highly recommend!

I was referred to All American Plumbing of Clayton by an area plumbing supplier and I can see why. I called and was greeted by a friendly and helpful front office lady (Angela), who instructed me on how to detail out an email in terms of “items to fix right away” and “items to be estimated for future work.” Angela had us scheduled for both services the next morning. With this level of service, I can already anticipate all staff to be professional and detailed.

Excellent customer service! Great people! Angela stayed in touch with me on the day before Thanksgiving keeping me informed after I called with an emergency plumbing situation. Will and John stayed late that afternoon and solved my problem. They were friendly, and very professional. They knew what they were doing and everything was reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company, and I will call them if I have any needs in the future.
