We purchased a custom built home from Todd about 3 years ago. I will recommend Todd Padgett Housing Center to anyone who asks my opinion on buying a new home. The buying experience was very informative and pleasant. There was a wait time but, Todd and his team let us know that upfront before we ever decided to buy. Todd’s team was helpful and friendly. If we ever had an issue with our home or any of Todd’s staff, Todd always made it right. Recently, our heater stopped working (on the coldest day of this year) I contacted Todd and he had a technician out before the end of the day and our system was repaired.
