They helped us through the whole process and made our home buying experience very pleasant. Todd Padgett personally stands by his products and customer service. They handled all of our permits,and land improvements! Our home is nearly complete and Anthony and Todd are still by our side navigating us through the entire process and answering all of our questions. We purchased a custom built home from Todd about 3 years ago. I will recommend Todd Padgett Housing Center to anyone who asks my opinion on buying a new home. The buying experience was very informative and pleasant. There was a wait time but, Todd and his team let us know that upfront before we ever decided to buy. Todd’s team was helpful and friendly. If we ever had an issue with our home or any of Todd’s staff, Todd always made it right. Recently, our heater stopped working (on the coldest day of this year) I contacted Todd and he had a technician out before the end of the day and our system was repaired. The Guthries give Todd Padgett Housing Center 5 stars!!! We love our home and are comfortable knowing that if we have any issues Todd will always help us… I feel like Todd’s team went above and beyond for our family….
