David answered a Sunday evening service call. This was during the weekend of below average temperatures and the tenants thought the outdoor unit was malfunctioning. He advised the tenants of the issues and educated them on the operation of the heat pump for their future reference. He called me the following day to explain what had happened and what to do in the future. David should be commended for his knowledge and the ability to explain the issues to non-technical individuals.Service: HVAC system repair
