Horrible customer service dropped off tax papers to them they said give them two weeks. After a month and several voicemails later I had to drive up there to actually talk to someone then they told me it would be after tax season. Wouldn’t even recommend them to my enemies.
My husband trusted Joe Kitchens for tax year 2020-2022 with his business tax filings. We thought that Joe submitted all the necessary paperwork and filed the business tax correctly. For tax year 2023, we decided to go to an accountant closer to us. Thankfully we did because our new accountant informed us that she received a rejection when she tried to file our business taxes using Form 1120-S like the previous years that Joe did for us.
