My husband trusted Joe Kitchens for tax year 2020-2022 with his business tax filings. We thought that Joe submitted all the necessary paperwork and filed the business tax correctly. For tax year 2023, we decided to go to an accountant closer to us. Thankfully we did because our new accountant informed us that she received a rejection when she tried to file our business taxes using Form 1120-S like the previous years that Joe did for us.
