I was informed that a plumbing back up was caused by poor plumbing and I needed 4500K plus worth of pipe replacements. I opted for a second opinion from Express and was informed the plumbing was fine. The back up was caused by a prior blockage, what causes blockages, and how to prevent blockages. Very honest company. I would highly recommend!

Jacob's assessment was efficient and accurate and even though what needed to be fixed (underground leak) was a headache, scheduling the repair and having a crew come out to complete the job was a smooth process.
