Shelter Guard Gutter Cleaning and Repair is a full-service gutter company based in Chamblee, GA, serving the greater Atlanta metro area. Customers describe the business as amazing and highly recommend it to family and friends. One customer called right before heavy rains in Atlanta and needed gutters cleaned right away after five other places could not accommodate the request. The gal who answered the call was very nice and called the crew out on jobs and rearranged some things to accommodate the customer. The customer said it was the best job that was ever done and now has the business down on the calendar every six months.
Customers praise the very good communication and follow up, great pics of the roof and gutters, and easy appointment setup with next day service. Crews arrived on time and emailed a video of the walk around the house, and everything they promised to do was done. The business offers great quick and reasonably priced services, and the before and after pics were great, showing just how bad the gutters were and the improvement once the tech was done. One customer wishes they sent out reminders but says that is just a preference.
Shelter Guard has always been nothing but amazing. Customers have used the business for repairs a few times, and they are always prompt to respond, show up when they say they will, and perform A++ work. The business installed a new gutter and gutter guard system, and when a problem with the underlying facia having a slight raise off of the gutters was noticed, creating an opening where critters could get in, they came back on-site immediately and remedied the problem area perfectly and professionally. Customers could not be happier.
