Used Pelorus when I bought a home four years ago, and was so appreciative of the time Roland took to explain everything to me then that I was insistent we use him again when buying a new home this year. He took great care to explain everything to us, and his reports are so detailed that we were able to get a quote from a structural engineer just based off Roland's photos and descriptions. Highly recommend!
Mike was great to work with. Very thorough during the inspection. He took another hour of his time to walk me through our home and elaborate on the specific parts I'd see in the report.
Erik was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection. Scheduling an appointment was easy and he even came back for a second look to check the AC unit (was too cold to turn on at time of inspection).
