I recently visited great clips with high hopes of getting a fresh new haircut. While the customer service was exceptional, I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the final result. The staff is very friendly and professional in taking good care of my aunt and my needs. Jackie is our stylist and does an amazing job and every two weeks l feel like we are going around family. Keep up the awesome team work always a pleasure to be there sincerely Laurie and Pearlie. ?

So far I went three times at this location. My first haircut there was by a hairstylist that I did not get her name, but the last two were done by Feven. One of the best hair cuts that I ever had was done by her. Nice touch too and very fun lady. Best recommendations!
