awful customer service!!! Sharon yu don't run two office if you cant handle them. people at the Duluth location cant answer anything that you ask them, they barely speak english and don't have any common courtesy to say thank you after you pay them. they have some crazy charges for doing ur taxes, high income $100 and low income $150+ which it doesn't make sense. never coming back to do business again with this cpa.

Filed my tax return without putting one of my w2, tax return got reviewed by IRS almost a year later, denied it was her mistake and hang up every call I made to her office, refused to pay the interest IRS claimed.
