I want to return to this place to give it the benefit of the doubt but my experience was not good. It was my first time and I was extremely nervous, which is exactly what I told the lady before. However, she did not make me feel comfortable at all. She had great reviews before I came so I felt good, but when I got there she seemed very rushed and made me feel bad about myself. Her name was MJ MJ and maybe she specializes in returning customers and people who have done this a lot, but I did not have a good experience and now I’m super hesitant to come back. If I do, I’ll call before and ask for someone who is accommodating to new customers who are nervous. Nice place, but not nice staff member.

I love sharing amazing experiences like the one I had here. It was my FIRST time going to any waxing establishment, but I'm so happy I found Bye Bye Hair. The place smells amazing, well organized, and clean. This made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The waxing was mostly painless and fast and SENE made my experience much better. She was professional and friendly, and made my stay much more relaxing. And you really can't beat their prices for the amazing work they do. I highly recommend this place for a first timer and to anyone that needs a change on their past waxing experiences. They have gained a customer for life. 🙂
