Southern Harvest has the best Insurance agents ever. I've done buisness with this company for several years dating back to the latter 90's and I can truly say that their customer service is top tier. Recently I lost my mom/ grandma so life as I once knew it has changed for me drastically but the world still turns. I had the best customer service experience with Insurance Agent, Pam. She was professional and took the time to provide me with several auto insurance quotes to find the most comparable price which saved me money. She even provided a follow up call to me a few days after new business coverage was approved to find out if I had any questions/concerns regarding the new coverage. I truly appreciated the follow up call! That's great customer service which doesn't happen all of the time!
