I called Tuesday night with a septic backing up and they were here first thing the next morning. Justin and Shane were friendly, thorough and prompt. I would definitely call them again in the future if we need plumbing or septic work.

I called late on a Friday evening when my water heater quit working. I didn’t ask them to come out that night, they would have, but it wasn’t an “emergency.” I did ask them to come early on Saturday and they did. It didn’t take the technician long to figure out the problem (thermocouple went bad) and to get the water heater repaired and up and running again. The repair cost was fair and certainly less expensive than a new water heater.
