Poor service Monique Lewis was a great tax preparer at first this my third year with her she kept the remainder of my state refund money I’ve been calling texting emailing her she hasn’t responded at all this is bad business she failed to communicate she could’ve picked up the phone said something she just ghosted me very unprofessional
