Disappointed with Lack of Follow-Through and Unprofessionalism

I’ve been contacted multiple times by Todd and Romeo regarding scheduling a date to come out and repair the work that Sillacal previously completed at my property. My account is still under warranty, and while there have been repeated phone calls and email exchanges, no one has followed up or finalized a date to perform the repair.

Silikal takes great pride in their product and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. On a recent construction project, their team stepped up when we had a question on an installation and they worked with us to make sure our client was satisfied. I would recommend using Silikal on future projects.
