I recently moved to town and found Carrollton Yoga Center. I have been doing yoga for a number of years and this may be my favorite studio. Every teacher is so knowledgeable and has their own style. I love how some classes can challenge me physically and I learn something new in almost every class. Great place to practice and a very friendly environment! Recommend for beginners and experienced yogis.
