I drove over 300 miles to pick up a new Lyriq after none of the local Cadillac stores provided competitive offers. It required a lot of negotiation but we agreed on a value that was fair for everyone. The car had a few more miles than advertised but it wasn't a deal breaker. I only spoke with two people during my visit, Isaiah (Sales) and Joanna (Financing.) Isaiah was very prompt and professional. Joanna was very professional and thorough. If you're looking to get a new Cadillac with minimal hassle, they are worth the drive.
