Gus (cat) was hit by a truck Sunday. .His skin around his was cut severely...and we weren't sure if there were any broken bones..My daughter called the vet like 7am..They told to bring gus in immediately..my daughter and her uncle took him..They took Gus right in..the vet wanted gus overnight to xray, take blood and everything else. We were just so glad the hospital was able to take care of Gus right when my daughter got ..the staff was super nice and the vet awesome..I highly recommend them ...and Gus no broke bones thank God..he's recovering very well ..God bless everyone!!
Dr. Sutton and staff are amazing. I called because my cat had an abscess from a bite, and they were able to see her the very next morning while every other vet I called had no appointments. She was very patient and kind with my kitty and her surgery went great. Four days later my other cat got sick, and they could see her same day for a procedure on her paw. Will for sure be using them for all of my pets needs from now on. Thank you for taking such quick care of my babies.
Dr Rogers is very nice and I found the staff nice also. My issue here was that I asked how much a procedure would cost and was told a range and the range of $ was discussed. It was a bit high but I decided to go ahead with the procedure. When I arrived morning of procedure, I handed over pet and then the receptionist handed me the procedure costs on paper to sign. It was double the cost of what had been discussed. All I say is that you should get the actual costs on paper first before committing to any procedures at CCAH. I don't like when a business is not totally honest and does a maneuver like this. I retrieved my animal immediately and left. They wanted to discuss... read full review
