About 6 years ago, my spouse and I purchased a house in Carrollton, complete with a large unground pool. A pool was not on our must have list but was not a reason to eliminate the house either. Now into our 6th summer, I must wholeheartedly tell about the excellent service and attention that we receive at Brown's. We tried at least two other pool stores, trying to learn about pool needs and requirements. We knew that pool chemistry was critical to the health of the pool and the safety of the bathers. The staff at Brown's are attentive to our problems and concerns. They have everything we need to keep a well maintained pool. I have been dealing with Anthony for months now. We had to hold off due to selling our condo. We have been talking by text and he's been kind, patient and very up front answering TONS of questions. We considered a jacuzzi as a first choice until we visited his showroom a few weeks ago...best thing we could have done. Anthony was great and we ended up getting a great deal on a new M8. Tuesday it will be delivered and we couldn't be happier with our decision. YES, we're buying a hot tub but more importantly we're purchasing from someone honest with great integrity and seems to genuinely care about our needs, wants and desires. We have been doing business with Brown's Pools since our original builder/maintainer closed up shop this past summer, after many years. I am quite satisfied. They provide good maintenance advice, and their prices for supplies and chemicals are quite competitive. Shout out to Carlos and Luis. Came to close my pool, this morning. Good job guys. (I hate winter...)
