I went in to get some fingerprints done for a new job. The man fingerprinting me congratulated me on my new job and was very patient with me when we had to retake fingerprints several times. He also went ahead and got my fingerprints done even though it was before my scheduled time. This location was a little bit farther than the one closest to me but I had a pleasant experience.
I had a background check done here, and it was easy and fast. I arrived early for my appointment and the manager went right ahead with fingerprinting instead of waiting for my appointment time.
This was a very easy process. I was a few minutes late for my appointment, but Mr. Roosevelt didn’t sweat it at all. He got me in, processed my information within 5 minutes & I was in my way. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area.
