You will spend more than you would at Lowe's or Home Depot, but the helpful and knowledgeable staff (Andy was great!), and the superior quality of the plants ensures that I will definitely be going back.

I have found a new place to buy my plants! All the plants were beautiful and obviously well cared for but what really sold me on Outer Elements was their customer service! The gentleman who showed me around was so warm, helpful and inviting. He went out of his way to help me find plants that will complement my established flower gardens! Their prices were well below anywhere I have been locally and he even loaded them for me! Great job, sir! You have made me a patron for life!

This was my first experience with this company. The guy that helped me was outstanding! He was pleasant, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right kind of gravel to fix some bad spots and was patient while I decided which kind to choose from on a cold windy day. Granted all I needed was a 5 gallon bucket full this time and if I needed a truck load, they can set you up. Fees aren't too bad for a ton of gravel and the bucket load I got was reasonable as well. For what it's worth, I would go back if I needed to
