I am blown away at the kindness and efficiency of all of the many staff members, in many different offices thruout the building that I have had the pleasure of meeting in the last few months. I feel heard and cared about, and the days I ask for a referral they are always on top of it. Getting bloodwork done is fast, easy and DANG NEAR PAINLESS (talkin to you Ashley!😁🙏). They see you rather quickly too. I took my dad. Everyone was so helpful and helped us locate the lab and showed us short cuts. Also ashley from the lab was amazing she got my dad in one stick and was really sweet and jokes with us a little . Definitely recommend this place !

Our family moved to HPG several years ago for multiple reasons. BUT the main 2 reasons were simple. #1..... nurse practitioners seem to have more time for their patients. They don't rush in and out. This has been my experience in the last 28 years. #2....Dr. Smith doesn't just give you a pill to fix you. Most of the doctors I or my children had seen before coming to HPG, had just prescribed another pill. When I came here, I was on 24 pills a day. I now take 3 prescriptions a day. I love Jennifer Smith!
