I didn't appreciate an email stating a 50.00 canceled or missed appointment is 50.00. Come on...do better. Send this to those you've had a problem with it. Not me. Be nice to employees. Your hateful. Maybe its time to retire

If you are wanting to feel safe and secure during the pandemic, I do not recommend this office.Let me start off by saying that I have multiple chronic health issues that keep me from being out in public much during this pandemic. I unfortunately recently broke a piece off of my molar and had to give in and make a dentist appointment. I have a tendency to avoid dentistry due to a dental phobia, so I went to this office in hopes of receiving sedation dentistry in a professional (and sanitary) setting.I called when I arrived (as I didn't want to take any unnecessary health risks) to ask to be alerted when my appointment began so I would not have to sit in the waiting... read full review
