From my very first appointment with Michelle, she was confident that she and America’s Home Place could give me the level of service and the product I was looking for. What I didn’t realize at the time was just how seriously she would take that commitment.
I came into this process with some pretty unrealistic expectations. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted, a lot of ideas, and plenty of changes along the way. I honestly expected to hear “no” quite a few times. Instead, Michelle consistently looked for a way to make things happen.
She thought outside the box, found creative solutions, saved me money, worked overtime when necessary, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had five in-person meetings with her, along with multiple phone calls and emails every week. She was always responsive and always willing to work through whatever I came up with next.
There were plenty of times when I thought, “There’s no way they’re going to be able to do this.” Michelle would go to work figuring it out, and somehow, she made it happen.
Every curveball I threw at her, she managed to knock it out of the park.
What stands out most to me is that Michelle never made me feel like I was just another customer or another sale. She genuinely listened to what I wanted and took ownership of helping me achieve it. She didn’t simply tell me what America’s Home Place could build, she figured out how to make what I wanted work within the project.
That kind of dedication, communication, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile is hard to find.
