After another local company misdiagnosed an issue (a $1200 one, at that) Cherokee Mechanical came out and quickly discovered the actual problem. Cherokee then quickly repaired my unit, as the polar vortex was rapidly approaching our area. They were professional, courteous, and understood how dire the need was to have a working unit. I have 3 children and not having working heat isn’t an option. I have no doubts the other company would have not only charged their diagnostic fee, and the $1200 repair, but they would have absolutely charged me another full repair bill to fix the true issue. Cherokee Mechanical didn't waste any time getting out for an unexpected service call when our a/c went out. They got it fixed quickly and we've had no issues at all since. Highly recommended!!

Cherokee Mechanical came and helped us about 2 years ago with our AC unit. After getting multiple quotes for over 10K (from other companies) Cherokee Mechanical resolved our problem costing us less than 2K. They were honest and upfront with what the problem was… forward to today. Our AC wasn’t (we thought) regulating temp adequately. Txted Jason last night. They had someone come out today and check our AC unit. They didn’t find anything wrong. It was just me overreacting that the temp wasn’t going down (but I did have the garage door open) it just speaks volumes that they were so quick, responsive and so profesional at what they do.
